The North Okanagan Employment Enhancement Society (NOEES) is a non-profit, charitable organization formed in 1988 to provide employment-related services to people in the North Okanagan. Hundreds of unemployed adults have benefited from programming tailored to meet their needs. Program funding is provided by both the Government of Canada and the Province of BC.
Our mandate is to help unemployed and under-employed people secure productive employment.
