About Us 
The North Okanagan Employment Enhancement Society (NOEES) is a non-profit, charitable organization formed in 1988 to provide employment-related services to people in the North Okanagan. Our mandate is: to help unemployed and under-employed people secure productive employment. Hundreds of unemployed adults have benefited from programming tailored to meet their needs.
Program funding is provided by the Province of BC.
NOEES is governed by a community-based, volunteer Board of Directors.
