GO Award Program
What Gets Rewarded, Gets Repeated!
The GO Award is a customer service recognition program. We reward individuals who go above and beyond, providing extraordinary service in every day situations.

The Purpose
To raise the standard of customer service community wide. This program is a win/win/win for employer, employee and customer!
The Process
- Ballot boxes and nomination forms are placed in businesses.
- Customers that receive ‘Above and Beyond’ service fill out a ballot for the individual. Nominations are collected and submitted monthly and nominees are recognized with a letter.
- Each month the nominations of the Top Five are reviewed by a Selection Committee and are recognized with a letter and gold lapel pin.
- The monthly Grand GO Getters, selected by the Committee, are chosen based on the merits of their service and are presented with a special GO Award gift at their place of employment.
- The Grand GO Getters and their place of work are showcased in the community.
- All employees and their employers nominated throughout the year are invited to an annual Breakfast of Champions.
When you receive above and beyond customer service, please complete a ballot and forward it to the GO Award Office.
Ballot Boxes
Available for GO Award participating businesses in our area, the boxes are made locally by Kindale Developmental Association. Nominations for individuals in our area, who have provided exceptional service can be placed in a ballot box.
Breakfast of Champions
Each June, we host the Breakfast of Champions, a gala to celebrate the hundreds of nominees and their outstanding service stories. Highlights of the breakfast include the presentation to each Grand GO Getter's place of business and further recognition of their award, a dynamic keynote speaker, and of course, the pom poms. One of the most exciting breakfasts in the North Okanagan!
