SuperHost®  

NOEES is the delivery organization of SuperHost® workshops in the North Okanagan.

SuperHost® was first introduced in 1985 to prepare BC’s tourism workforce to host the world at Expo '86. Since then, over 550,000 British Columbians have participated in SuperHost® training and helped establish BC’s world-class reputation for service.

The SuperHost® product family includes dynamic and interactive customer service based training workshops. Employers recognize the value of having someone trained to a standard of excellence in customer service. With the Olympics coming to Vancouver/Whistler in 2010, the entire spectrum of SuperHost® workshops will be in demand across the province.

SuperHost® Workshops   

SuperHost® Fundamentals - A participatory one-day workshop that addresses the fundamentals of excellent customer service. From handling customer concerns to first impressions, you will leave with practical tips that work!

Customers with Disabilities - A half-day workshop that increases your awareness of this growing and increasingly mobile market segment. You will learn appropriate language and information that will help you become more sensitive to the needs and requirements of customers with disabilities.

Service in Health Care - A one-day workshop for all staff, management, volunteers and physicians involved in the health care industry. You'll learn everything from effective listening techniques and handling concerns to managing conflict and dealing with loss.

Frontline Management Solutions® - A one-day workshop to support managers and supervisors to get the best return on their most important investment - their people!  The workshop continues the SuperHost® tradition of practical, fun and insightful information that will assist management to make a difference in the workplace.

Solving Problems Through Service - A three-hour skill polishing workshop to learn how to say no professionally and discover good communication skills necessary to solve a customer's problem.

Sales Powered by Service - A three-hour skill polishing workshop to understand your role in the sales cycle, learn about moments of truth and recognize opportunities to sell beyond the basics.
