Cancellations: Workshops may be cancelled if there are less than 6 persons registered. If a class is cancelled, pre-registered participants will be notified based on the information they provide. If the participant chooses to cancel, they must do so at least 5 days prior to the workshop date. Refunds: Full refunds are given for cancelled workshops, and to those who cancel at least 5 days prior to the workshop date. For cancellations within 5 days of the workshop date, a 50% refund is given. No shows: When a participant fails to attend a workshop, they will be charged the full workshop fee. Effective August 1, 2009.
